In my experience we can't profitably trade everyday in crypto which is why I do both. Once I find an opportunity, that's when I try to buy to profit. But most of the time I find no opportunity, I'm more of a holder. The only time I get to be confident in buying a token is when it dip so hard which I will have to wait for days or weeks to profit in selling them.

Its best starting with bounty because it doesnt require you to invest anything and when you have gathered a good amount of coins, you could try trading out. Starting with bounty will wquip you with some of the basic knowledge you will definitely need ;ater in this crypto world

If you had to choose one I'd definitely say trading, it may take you a year or two to get right but once you can start to see the data as a picture, it can be a really valuable asset.  If you're bored however and just want to fill some extra time, bounties aren't a bad way to go about it, but just accept the fact no matter how diligent you are, you will run into scams and either won't get paid, or you'll get paid and the token will be valueless.

It's my experience. In trading i always lost my money. Very rarely get profit. And i dont know how many lost money because of trading. But in the bounty, i can buy a small house, amd other.
