I decided to try to collect my thoughts in a heap and disassemble the most adequate and not very bounty managers by content. By content, I mean writing articles and creating videos. Of course, everyone has a different approach, a different attitude towards scams and repost, and not everyone tries to go to meet the bountyists. I will put my own assessment of each manager from 0 to 10 and describe the work of only those with whom I dealt. Also, there will naturally be no managers from the #DevelopmentTeam , as this does not make sense. So let's go:
olcaytu2005 (6 out of 10) - Many swear at him and the whole team of tokensuite, but I liked working with him. The first company I participated in was DAOstack, where I got a pretty good mark for my article and a minus for the video (since there was a very bad and quiet sound) - after filling out the "inconsistencies" form, olcaytu2005 changed its decision and gave me the minimum points for the video. But that's not the point, I see that the team has a lot of problems with the bounty participant, but on the whole, they are all resolved pretty quickly. Of course, a big minus is that a lot of scam work at tokensuite, but here every bounty participant should choose not only a manager but also his own analysis.
plus:convenient form with objections and quick problem solving;
fairly fast work with tables.
minuses:a lot of scam in companies;
poor job of identifying scammers.
SANDRA EVANS (9 out of 10) - If you know how to work with it correctly, then there should be no problems. I think the most adequate manager of all existing content. Any question is always decided in a personal telegram, you can even ask for advice. The choice of companies is very good, frank scam except for Buzkoin not yet noticed. SANDRA EVANS quite well assesses the quality of content, scammers do not particularly like it. Checks YouTube services and writes you a "fine" for the first time for cheating, the second time a ban on all companies.
plus:good technical support;
promising companies, most of which are already present on the exchanges;
quick work with tables and distribution of tokens.
minuses:sometimes not all scammers go to the guillotine;
articles and videos are always in 1 pool;
in recent companies, it is difficult to get a bonus.
BlockEye (3 out of 10) - I took part in 1 company NPER for which 60% of the pool was initially allocated to articles and there was a restriction on the participants and a hard selection for these participants (I apologize for tautology). As a result, the pool was cut to about 10 percent without explanation. As if he himself took the difference change in the pool.
plus:tokens have reached the wallet.
minuses:change of conditions on the go;
small payments;
there is no normal feedback.
yahoo62278 (3 out of 10) - I participated in 1 company MOZO and thought that yahoo62278 is quite an adequate manager. As a result, before counting the tokens, it was announced that those who did not write the authentication post will not be accepted (the information about this was written in small fine print in the topic) After trying to reach the manager in the telegram and prove that you fill out a special form for registering your work (it was very problematic to do so, since the answer from him does not come) it was revealed that all 1512 articles will receive an equal number of tokens. That is, he decided not to check out the articles, not to screen out the scammers, but just to count everyone. In this regard, it was decided to put pressure on him and demand a recalculation of the spreadsheet by a group of initiative bounty activists, which he did, he bothered to start checking the articles. As a result, justice was achieved!
plus:pretty good companies bounty.
minuses:terrible attitude towards bounty participants;
lack of feedback;
bad table counting.
btcltcdigger (6 out of 10) Quite an interesting manager, to whom many bountists are positive. Each company has different conditions for the content and there is a very good pool. In general, the manager has a lot of companies and checks tables take a long time. I chose between 5 and 6, but still, this is quite adequate compared to some other managers.
plus:feedback is present;
there are some good bounty companies.
minuses:long counting tables;
takes a lot of repost even on video.
Arteezy.rtx (7 out of 10) I participated in 1 company Darcmatter and everything was fine until the delivery of tokens. The number of tokens sent to all participants in the bounty did not coincide with the number in the final table. At first, I received less than expected and after discussing this situation with the manager, in summary, I received 50 percent more than it was in the table. Most likely the tokens were sent by the team, not the manager, so there was confusion
plus:fast feedback;
good projects;
fight with scammers.
minuses:withdrawing responsibility from yourself;
closing the topic a few days before the end of the bounty (maybe it was the decision of the team that eventually opened the topic the next day).
AMAZIX (6 out of 10) Many plus and cons. A fairly large pool of content (at least 30 percent) with an objective assessment of the work. Previously, for foreign languages, it was necessary to have a special permit with a whitelist, now in new companies, they decided to abandon the majority of the bountists and switch to VIP content.
plus:good company bounty (little scam);
pretty big payouts.
minuses:transition to VIP content;
bad feedback;
very long tables are checked;
Krypital (6 out of 10) Usually, guys have very high projects, which is both a plus and a minus at the same time. Projects usually shoot at the moon but pennies are made for content since there are a lot of people who want to participate and almost everyone who wants to get points.
plus:excellent company bounty;
feedback is present.
minuses:excellent bounty company;
small payments;
few bounty companies.
ZAPO (5 out of 10) I have not received any payments from him yet, as content in the company Multiversum is checked for a very long time, but the quality of the check is pretty good, let's see what the final will be.
plus:fairly objective assessment of work;
there is always feedback.
minuses:very long work inspection;
difficult to communicate because he is arrogant
does not always go to the side of the bountists.
I also wanted to describe the bounty sites, but I will not break the rules of this forum, which I really like. Guys - I wish you all success and profit.
At this point I’ll probably stop if there are any additions, write - I’ll update the post. In general, of course, you have to fight for each of your tokens and keep a close eye on companies, but again, personally, my opinion is that you need to select the bounty more carefully and the result will be.
