Hello everyone friends - we all understand that cryptocurrency technologies are still quite raw, errors happen everywhere, some unforeseen situations and server malfunctions or just human inattention.
The surprises that await us are of various kinds - we can either lose part of our depositor, on the contrary, acquire the “extra”. In this topic, I want to tell you about such cases that have happened to me:
- + 0.3 ETH
The first case occurred 3 months ago on the IDEX exchange. Whoever worked with her knows that when viewing a balance there are 3 buttons - transfer from wallet to stock exchange; transfer from the exchange back to the wallet; transfer to another address (or to another exchange)
I decided to sell one of my assets and withdraw the received ETH to another exchange, what I successfully did. In total, it turned out about 0.3 ETH. But a few days later, having logged on to IDEX, I saw that on my account on the exchange remained
also these 0.3 ETHs, which I threw into my wallet.
After all these manipulations, the third button (allowing to transfer funds to other exchanges) began to do this by taking funds not from the exchange, but from the main wallet - it turned out to be a glitch, on which many people most likely received gifts) - + 0,73 ETH
The second case happened to me recently and I earned 0.73 ETH at the current rate. I did a transfer to 0.73 ETH from the dakuce exchange (not particularly known and apparently young exchange) to the HITBTC exchange - the transaction hung in pending more than 10 hours and don't was happening, although before that I made a test payment for a smaller amount and everything worked.
As a result, the next day, going over the links and deciding to write to the support, I saw that the transaction went exactly 0.73 ETH as it should have been, but 1.5 ETH came to HITBTC - that is, a double amount, which of course made me happy
This is how it looks like Dakuce https://prntscr.com/kz9ybp
And this amount came on HITBTC https://prntscr.com/kz9wd4
Thank God there were no minuses - but I know for sure that with any transactions it is better to check all the addresses 10 times, so often after checking it turned out that something was wrong and the money could be lost.
Friends, tell us about your experience, positive or negative, as it will be useful to each of us. Good luck and profit to everyone !!!
