Reasons for btc drop:
1. Korea spreading FUD, India/China banned crypto
As you can guess, only China matters from here. They were the biggest traders and boom, the market just got a huge hit.
2. After BTC raised over $12k, BTC got a large attention from televisions and a lot of noobs came here hoping they will get rich quick, of course at the first drop they sold to cut their losses and now it have a domino effect.


Will BTC recover?
Yes, I'm pretty sure. Invest responsible. It might get to $100k by the end of year.

$100k is a long way. I don't think that bitcoin will rise so faster by 2018. You should take time at least 2020 for expecting such a huge returns from bitcoin.

I think Bitcoin in this year could be down more, i'll wait lower price to invest my money. I also hope will get huge return next year for my investment.

I think this there will be many event base on btc and there some rules will be taken and new rules will be implemented so that is the reason till that time btc continue rise and drop.

Not only that, the reason why the value of bitcoin is getting lower is because investors move to several types of altcoins such as Waves, Ethereum, Cardano. Although Bitcoin competitors are not too strong to fight BTC, altcoin can be a big threat to the existence of BTC.

The SEC is processing Bitcoin as an ETF.

maybe it's better not to have something like this, because when the ETF doesn't receive it, then Bitcoin will get FUD as a result of this news.
