Yes I agree mate. Ethereum is a threat to bitcoin. Ethereum is very potential and so popular now. It will be dominate at the coming future.

I don't agree with what you say that ethereum is a threat to bitcoin. because it has never been said that ethereum is a threat to bitcoin because ethereum and bitcoin really have different features, because ethereum is really always next to bitcoin and although ethereum is an increasingly popular coin but I think ethereum will not be able to go beyond bitcoin.
