Can ETH break its all time highest price record?

Ethereum is more than capable of breaking its highest record again. Ethereum will pick form again when ICOs get back on the grounds. Most ICOs prefer to use the Ethereum Blockchain becaise of its fast smart contract. This means, any increment in successful ICOs leads to increment in the patronage of ETH. FOMO will be created which will raise the price of Ethereum.

yes ethereum really impressed me with the smart contract which was very helpful for the establishment of a new project to reach success and yes it certainly would be if an advanced ico project would have an impact on ethereum.
