I noticed most members on this forum are bounty hunters and ICO or crypto developers who promote here.

Are there any whale investors active on this forum? Do you know some of them?

I think here are more bounty hunters than investors, this forum is not too popular like bitcointalk, although investors are few but they are big investors

But I think Investors is also bounty hunters, though not all like that.
Why you say if here no have investors? the investors will not show if they are investors, so if you say like that, I think that is wrong.

If there are whale crypto investors in this forum, I do not think they are willing to expose themselves here. Whales are silent watchers I think
