I treasure my health very well, I prioritize my health above all else, regardless of the work or job I undertake. My physical fitness takes precedence over financial gain, as good health cannot be bought if I fall sick or ill.

Physical well-being is essential for a fulfilling life. We work hard to earn money, but without balance and leisure time, we can't truly enjoy the fruits of our labor. My health matters greatly to me then any materialistic things including wealth.

How do you manage to maintain the good health? Do you take food supplementation or vitamins to maintain your health?

I consider myself healthy, I mean I am young so possibly I am bound to be healthy. Anyhow, I exercise regularly, go out in sunlight, and stick to raw unprocessed food as much as possible, and have plenty of sleep. It seems to be working out.

I don't take any supplements.

For me health is wealth I try as much to take care of my health because without a healthy life we can be able to pursue our task and dreams.
Is not just for you alone including every single soul health is wealth and that is why it really essential to treasure our lives, because if anything affect your health you won't feel comfortable about it, and you will serve as a living dead, because if you are not healthy and strong enough to pursue your dreams, you should considered your dreams dead, and is dreams that complete human. When you have dreams and aspirations to pursue and you are ill, your emotions will be killing your motivation and you won't be able to achieve success. In this world Health is wealth and you have to treasure it.

I know that health if wealth, but I have noticed that I have started to ignore that. Even though I had money, I dont remember the last time when I had health check-up. I am a realist, who believe that "I dont feel myself bad right now does not mean that I am 100% healthy". Usually I postpone visiting doctors. As a treatment I prefer to stay at home calmly for few days, do nothing and just lay in the bed, than take any medicine. Kind of it will cure itself feeling. I even notice, that on the evenings or in bad lightning, I start to see with worse with left eye, rubbing it constantly. Even though I can afford to do vision check, buy glasses and even eye surgery, I have been postponing vision check for probably 3 months already.

Health is wealth on which this is something that you do put up importance because at the moment that you are really that compromising your health because you are grinding up without having control about on having that good sleep then it will be that a huge problem and ending up those money you are that making would be ending up on hospital bills. On the time that you are already that having no balance in between work and sleep or anything on which it is connected to health. This is why its better that you should really be sensible into the actions that youre doing and its impossible that you cant be able to determine on whats wrong and whats bad.

However, the amount of boys is especially high which is why they have busy to make money, which is why their body wellness is sure. The responsibility of a family is always given the role of the boys so they cannot ensure their body well at the right time. But we should always give health value because you can pay more attention to the work whenever your health is good. Such as receiving nutritious ingredients, regularly care for the body, and sometimes walking around.

You know what they say about Health being wealth. I often feel pity for those who in their pursuit for wealth, neglect their health and forget the importance of prioritizing one’s health over every other thing, because when one’s health is compromised, it doesn’t matter how much wealth you may have acquired, you’ll still end up unhappy and unsatisfied.
For me, yeah I have lots of things I do in my 24 hours that I almost end up using all 24 hours in one day, but still I manage to indulge in things that will contribute to the efficiency of my health, like exercise, eating healthy food and observing certain health tips and this helps me balance the attention I give to my health and my pursuit for wealth.

I am interested to know if how much you guys value your health? We always look and seek for money and most of the time we forgot to give value to our health especially bounty hunters are busy doing tasks every day some of us here maybe have a stressful life due to never-ending bounty tasks.

How do you manage to maintain the good health? Do you take food supplementation or vitamins to maintain your health?

I do treasure my health, it's most precious thing we have. Without good health anything you may attain, you can not enjoy it.

Regarding bounty, I try to make use 80-20 rule, what brings me most money, I do that, rest 20% I let go, and I find that I feel less stressed.

I have started taking vitamins recently, but I am not finding any effects tbh, so may let go when bottle runs out.

That is frankly nice and amazing to hear if you really do what you have written. Many know how health is important, but they prefer rule "ignore until it starts to hurt". A lot of people think they are fully healthy, because their body does not bother them or give no signals that something is wrong. They think like that until they pass analysis (at least full blood analysis). Eating healthy is also a controversial myth. You say that you eat healthy, but did you really eat balanced food and have consulted nutritionist and he has created nutrition plan for you? Eating fruits, vegetables and not fried food does not mean its 100% healthy for you.

It is sometimes almost unavoidable to have habits that will not threaten your health because almost everything around us these days is risky not just smoking or drinking, but also consuming things like excess packed food is also a problem something that can be dangerous to health and something people should consider as well, a sedentary lifestyle, not getting enough sleeps also etc.

I personally commit to fitness. Exercising should be something everyone takes seriously because of how important it is.

Engaging in an activity that makes you sweat daily should be a target for everyone who intends to stay healthy.

with how our world has become it has become a lot more difficult to be healthy there are fastfood restaurants everywhere, more processed foods, everything can be done through our screens and devices we do not need to go out and buy groceries anymore we can do it from our phones

It’s such a shame you know, how most people do not really understand or acknowledge the importance of living a healthy life. Life turns out to be very sweet and enjoyable when we are young, and when we start getting older, it’s as if everything starts turning down on us, all the bad decisions, every actions, good or bad, we start to realize how unnecessary and unhealthy certain things really are, and to some it becomes too late to start making things right. That’s why it’s important to start making things right now while there’s time.

Getting a good amount of sleep is the most important IMO. That is what I do and all I need is a break for everyday that makes me feel better when I do it. That's why for those that are lacking in sleeping and then keeps on working, you'll soon feel overfatigue and not just those that are in crypto but also in those woking in a different setup like in office. Take care of your health because we can no longer work if we're sick or much worse if we're dead already.

This is absolutely right, I remember years back when I was so engaged that I barely had the time to observe my health routine, it affected me that the doctor had to restrict me from some things that I could not do without and that was how I stayed for 2 months before I fully recovered. All these were a result of the attention I failed to give myself even when I was getting the signs, I ignored them, and when it dawned on me, I could not withstand it but thank God I am alive today and have learned my lesson and will never make such mistake again.

Take your health seriously because "health is wealth" and it is only when you are healthy you can be able to work and get wealth but otherwise, you can not be able to do anything. Go for a check, do exercise, and eat a good diet.

I am interested to know if how much you guys value your health? We always look and seek for money and most of the time we forgot to give value to our health especially bounty hunters are busy doing tasks every day some of us here maybe have a stressful life due to never-ending bounty tasks.

How do you manage to maintain the good health? Do you take food supplementation or vitamins to maintain your health?
Health is one thing that people should not joke with because health is everything anything that affects your health has taken away every thing from you because it's only a healthy man that can think of tomorrow and even making money so health should be a priority there are several ways that one can keep and manege their health such as regular exercising and eating the right food which is key to normal body functioning because eating a balance diet too is key to a healthy body and lastly regular health checkups to know how your blood pressure, sugar level and general body check up to know how your internal organs work are working
