Token distribution using KYC verification

Actually it's not safe if KYC is used to distribute tokens unless you are an investor. I talked about the bounty participants. things that are very detrimental to me if KYC is used as a rule for receiving gifts.

I personally don't like KYC. They can sell our information to terrorist or to any other organization or country. It totally depends on them. We can't do anything about that. But without KYC they won't give reward so  we all have to do it if we don't want to.

Tokens distributions using KYC verifications, I think It avoids multiple account. But I doubt your identity is secure. I dont like that.

It's not safe, but you can reduce the risks. Send just in the case the credibility of the project and possible big reward.Think for 10-20 dollars is not worth it. Secondly, try not to send a passport, it is better to use a driver's license or national ID (for example, a medical policy). If we talk about blockchain as a decentalized technology KYC isn't a good procedure. Blockchain implies complete independence from the state or the project owners. But KYC reveals the identities of the participants.

No it's not, and that's why I'm really disappointed when ICO ask KYC also for airdrops and  bounties. But if you don't do KYC procedure you will not receive your tokens so it's your own  choice.

I don't agree that bounty distribution should be done through kyc. As far as I'm concern, one's data is note safe once it is out. Some of this companies even sell this data. I try as much as possible to do my due diligence about a project before joining but if at the end of the day, it turns out that kyc is required, if I can, I just walk away.
