Token distribution using KYC verification

If that ICO is a legit ICO it should be safe. Best bet is to only KYC in ICO that you have trust in and not random ICOs.

Yes, it is safe as long as the admin maintain the security of every person.
We have some doubts, fear, and assumption but we should try to trust them.
If you cannot take the risk by submitting your personal identity then don't pass KYC.

I suggest you look at the project details first before giving detailed information to the project team, if you want the token distribution to enter your wallet you should do the filling process and if you don't do it I think it's your decision

KYC is a very good and beautiful idea of token distribution. From KYC we get my own tokens. Some people use fake ids to get coins.

It is not all the bounties that are fake,  some are just a way of stealing your information for their own reasons.  Others are genuine and want to know the participants.

In my opinion, before we do KYC we have to make sure that the Project we are following is a good and real project. if in my personal opinion, KYC is safe and we don't have to think negatively first. but in anticipation, we must be careful in conducting KYC.

 :osending your personal details on the internet is never safe. But you have no option than to send it because that is the only way to claim your bounty tokens alse you won't gain anything from your bounty activities.

Though the projects are claiming that they require KYC during bounties and airdrops to avoid fraudulent activities but we also need to keep in mind that, these KYC data can later be used for identity theft and identity mining which the scammy ICOs might do for their own profit. In my opinion, KYC should not be required.

No, this is now very dangerous. Now the Internet is actively selling confidential data from investors and bounty hunters. I guess KYC procedure without former regulation of entire crypto bussuness may be dangerous. Projects collecting sensitive information may disappear very easily nowadays without consequences. This is not acceptable

I am not sending my personal files to these companies. If these companies using 3rd party kyc companies maybe it can be safe. Because you know there is some good companies which name is crypnosis or jumo etc. But still i dont want to send my kyc informations for bounties.

I assume our personal identity cards won't be safe given to a project team or a bounty manager through KYC process. As long as there is no guarantee for the safety of personal ID, it is not recommended to send our secret information with KYC.
