DAO Companies. Myth or reality? Part 2We keep talking about DAO companies. Have not seen the 1-st part? Find it in the last post above ⬆️
After the members of the DAO community have voted for the project, the performer is included in the work and is actively engaged in its execution. However, if the “employee” does not systematically follow deadlines or exceeds his authority over other members of the community, the holders of DAO tokens who voted for the contract may simply withdraw their votes and the performer will immediately be overboard
Being in the DAO company, members constantly ask themselves the same question: “Will this action make the whole project more effective and valuable?” If so, they put it to the vote and do it. If not, then they say: “You know, I'd rather spend my expertise and time on something else.” And since there are no bosses in an autonomous organization, no one will be satisfied with their scolding
Of course, DAO has its own internal policy, as in any organization consisting of more than one person. But it has a different nature
In the "traditional" command-and-control system, management determines the actions of the entire organization. Therefore, your boss may force you to come to a non-productive meeting. In a decentralized structure, the value that contributes to the success of a project is a factor that determines what needs to be focused on common efforts
Therefore, in the DAO system, everyone is motivated to bring maximum value to the common cause and to do this on the basis of their skills and beliefs, rather than trying to please the wishes of the boss.
