I've been on ICoVoting since the beginning of February. Not too bad, the voting system makes it slightly different to other review sites, but also creates the potential for manipulation. Benefits are there for voting and adding value to the information sections on the ICOs, so joining up is worthwhile, but I wouldn't judge an ICO on any community voted reviews. It is another resource to use when researching though, the more resources the better.
