Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and so far this is the best one. however, id doesn't mean that the altcoin will not be valuable. In my opinion, the existence of altcoins can support and give higher possibility of the BTC to always have the big volume inn the market because they are mostly used for altcoins transaction. Of course,  We need altcoins.. because there is several potential  altcoins  like ethereum, ripple,  EOS,  NEO etc.

Yes I think,  We need altcoin for investment.  Altcoins  are good for investment  and trading.  It is the future currency.
