After being here for some days, I cocnluded that there is  much tension around the issue of messengers for miners& ordinary users and their security.

That's why I created the topic.

Before that, I've used Telegram, but I have doubts about its safety. But still I use it

I found out top mesengers on www:
 Viber
WhatsApp
Telegram
FB

But not fully agree with that. What about u?

Ok, i can agree, Viber is the worst, but FB messenger and WhatsApp?

Both of them collect your data and have an access to  your correspondence.
Facebook even scan all the messages and stores it on a server. Both of them can pass this information to 3rd parties or it may be easily stolen

Telegram is also very safe, and can even be used on a PC without having to scan the QR code.
there is also security to enter password if it has been dropped from the telegram,
but everything depends on each choice, if I am still loyal to the telegram, because it can be made a bounty.

I've seen an article where a guy hacked an account and read all messages in secret chats also.
So I wouldn't be so sure on your place as Telegram is not so safe as it promises to be.

I agree. We don't know anything about the security of instant messengers. All messengers break open. You must think about what information you are transmitting.

huh why terrorists? after all, everyone is accustomed to believing that Telegram is an instant messenger for terrorists.
