for me as a newbie you need to first post daily to climb up to rank jr.member up to sign up for bounties or signature campaigne. Because if you're a newbie you can not find a job until it's a jr .member up

They are lots of tutorial found in the previous postings of higher ranks. The point is yielded unto reading from which you can get knowledge that easy. When I was a newbie, I read a lot about the beginners and then learn, and learn and learn as I continue in this forum, all you have to do is to provide time making quality post and reading others post

I think of newbie though they do not need help because they learn everything to do while they are doing this forum because I'm also a newbie I have learned how to use this forum properly and I also try to know how to earn it here

Each and everything you asked for are already posted in this forum. You just need to search it. Read the topic. Then if you don't understand anything you can ask. But posting same thing again and again is not possible because every newbie ask the same thing again and again.
