ETF and Bull Market?

ETF has become hot news in recent days, but many people are asking, is it true that ETF make bull markets not happen at the end of 2018?
because many argue that if the ETF had been successfully approved, the bull market could occur later this year.

if I see it this is an advantage for us to buy more assets, and hold it until the bull market actually happens,
it's just that most of us feel the market will fall forever,
whereas this is only temporary, and because of the effects of ETF only.

I think the decision is in November/December time, if I'm not mistaken. Comments to be received by the end of this month, ish.
I don't think it'll happen until mid-2019 though, with a confirmation sometime in Q1. But who knows really.

I agree if ETF proposal can be approved, it can contribute to trigger the next bullrun. But I think we need other factors to make the bullrun really happens. Actually I don't know about the latest news of ETF. If anyone knows about it, I think you can inform to us here.

There are some more important news than ETF that we should be aware of and follow it in a more dedicated way. For example bakkt and halving process of bitcoin.
Market cycle is very related to the halving process, and bakkt is probably going to provide more regulated market to the uinvestors, so that ETF is going to have more chance.

ETF might cause a bull market to start, yes. But I believe we need more of it, like Bakkt. As soon as we have a stable market, we will see another bull.

ETF's are financial tools used for stocks and bonds. If used with cryptocurrencies, it will make them behave as assets. Bitcoin and other blockchain coins were made as an alternative form of payment. They will help market liquidity, but they will distract the alt payment course.

Their opinions may be true at the time but it seems to have no big impacts for the market condition now. Market looks very bad and unpredictable day to day. The rise in only about pump and then they dump again the prices. I am afraid if we also won't have the bullrun this year.

Etf, bull market, hardfork, they are always hot news in this crypto world. many people are talking about this, wishing that the market will be bull-run as soon as possible, but it is not happening. Well, we may not need to always relate about them because we must be aware of the fact in the market.

I am not really sure with the impact of ETF proposal. I guess ETF proposal just brings a temporary increase in market if it is accepted. It is likely to not trigger for the bullrun. Market looks very badly, I think we should have more big issues to trigger the bullrun.
