No doubt Ethereum is the ICO king if bitcoin is the king of crypto currencies. Most of the ICOs launched through ethereum smart contract and that is making ethereum strong as compare to Stellar, NEO and EOS etc. Ethereum (ERC20)is the most demanded platform for the ICOs.

As Ethereum the king of ICO, surely scammers used Ethereum to attract investors. But it is not the king of scam, dude! You must know that Ethereum didn't scam any people. It is just used by scammers to make people interested to join their scam projects.

Can you explain this? I don't really understand what you mean by this statement. As far as I know, Bitcoin is never used by any ICO projects to create their tokens yet it is not the platform to create tokens. Bitcoin is a coin, the first coin, and the first choice in investment. There is no other Bitcoin besides what Satoshi has created.
