I think it's a good time to buy. If I had more fiat I would have definitely bought more coins now. We are in a bear market since like 7 months. Thus we may be nearing the end. Prices dipped and they provide a great time to buy some more. I'd say definitely go for it but DYOR about the coins that you want to invest in.

Buy low, when the ICO starting buy at the first roung because some on it have big bonus on it and cheaper than next round and buy low when the price of the tokens/coins drop so that you will gain more. Sell high when the price pump try to sell 5% every pump it come. Then sell it when you want but don't let go all if the coin have potential to pump up more.

If you want to buy any potential good coins now is a good time because most of the good coins price is low however if you buy now you need to shift your focus to long term as you the know the current market condition. So it is like a tradeoff you earn by buying good coins at low price but you must sacrifice your time  to long term.

I think u can invest in some stage. dont invest it all in the same time. Example you want to invest in eth. The price right now is $200 and you have $1000 you can buy them $200 first. and when the price is going down again to some price you can buy them again. so when their price already going up you already can get some profit.

When the majority of altcoins decreased now I am not worried about investing because by trying to be patient in holding assets is most likely to achieve maximum profit can be realized without panic if a bad issue arises about the world of cryptocurrency.
