Do you think Blockchain technology is being abused by projects?

Projects are not abusing the Blockchain technology. Blockchain technology is made to offer a vast scope of usage which can be utilized in various sectors of life. This is what the projects do - utilization of the Blockchain technology to bring solutions to humanity's problems. The fact that some projects do not become successful due to some reasons does not mean the Blockchain is being abused.

if the project doesn't work, it's not wrong with the blockchain, but maybe because there is a problem in the construction, whether it's a team, or an external problem.

I guess it is sometimes down to the fact that blockchain didn't add value to the project, as it wasn't necessary to the function it was being used for. It has become almost 'fashionable' for companies to say they are 'on the blockchain', without any real thought as to how it improves the project.
