On my observation about bounty there are more problem about listing of the coin is very longtime and some of investors are dumping or panic selling.

The first and foremost problem that i face is that i often participate in scam bounties which resulted in my effort go to waste. I believe other than that should not have any problem. As we know that bounty is like a freelance work how much effort you put in to do the bounty is equal to the amount of reward you will receive in the coins and not the monetary value.

I have experience like the ICO project failed to achieve Softcap, I took part in the bounty program for more than 4 months and the project failed because it did not reach Softcap, all the funds they collected during the ICO were returned to investors and bounty hunters did not get payment from the project.

There is that usual risk that I join failed campaigns or the reward you get is not that valuable in terms of $
There are also times when you get a bit bored since you the the same stuff everyday.

I think the biggest problems are about the scam ICO projects and very cheap bounty tokens on market. I see many bounty hunters get nothing because the bounty programs they following were from scam projects. On the other hand, If they can get a real project, after the distribution done, the price of the tokens on market are very cheap. The two problems really bring difficulties to bounty hunters.

Problems start when rules are not written in clear way by bounty manager, for example if it's not written if I can or I can't do quoted tweets instead of retweets in TWITTER campaign or if week duration is not specified..

I think people who are lazy or don't want to join are people who fail with the project so they are traumatized. actually failure is towards success in the future so that the spirit of never giving up

every business or job must have a risk especially in the cryptococurrancy world that does not know the certainty of the project failed and its success actually failure can lead us to success and all that is considered as a lesson

Actually there are no serious problems that prevent me from participating in the Bounty project, because I can do this work every time. Perhaps the most troubling problem is, when I joined the bounty and bounty campaign, it was a scam, so I would be very lazy to work on the next bounty campaign.

My own problem is participating in bounty campaign for a project then when I'm about to finish the bounty manager extends the duration, it's really frustrating and also not paying out the token quick.

Very interesting during ICO stage but the more days goes by the project slowly turning to scam and actually scam. This is the hardest and saddest part problem of being bounty hunter.
