When the bear market will end?

Bull run can happen at any time but predicting it will be like someone who is assuming when it will be. I have not seen any prediction that is accurate in cryptocurrency.

I heard that the market will be bull in mid-2019.
because in that year a lot of regulations will emerge, and many good projects will come out, so that investors can trust again to invest in crypto.

for my part, now the crypto market is starting to move slowly up even though it's now not strong. however i'm hoping it'll retain to boom and stabilize right away. i'm hoping it'll take place quickly. we've got waited a long time for the crypto market to get better and stabilize.
