上海市人民政府参事、中欧陆家嘴国际金融研究院常务副院长盛松成与中欧陆家嘴国际金融研究院研究员龙玉发文指出，“数字货币”面临一个 “悖论”：人们必须在追求币值稳定和利用货币政策调节经济之间做出选择。目前为止，所谓的“数字货币”似乎无法同时兼顾人们对币值稳定的追求和对货币政策的需求。稳定币也无法解决数字货币这一悖论，目前为稳定币提供支撑的仍然是其所挂钩的美元，而美元币值也在不断波动中，故锚定美元的稳定币也难以做到真正意义上的币值稳定。更不用说加密货币在货币政策调节机制方面存在的缺陷。（金色财经）
