Does bitcoin control the market?

Btc controls like %90 of the market, right when you see btc price is down you will also see majority of the token price is down by some percentage, btc dominance is still very high over alts, but some alts are still able to perform even when the btc price is down.

It's true bitcoin does not totally control the market price of crypto, the market price depends on the law of demand and supply, which is when there is much buyers the price will pump and when there is much sellers the price will dump. But is still think bitcoin still contribute a little because people watch the price movement of bitcoin before buying altcoins because there believe altcoins prices depends on bitcoin

Yes,bitcoin controlling the market.All altcoins are depending on bitcoins movement.I think no one can not control the bitcoin.Who will control the bitcoin they will control all altcoins.It's my opinion.

It's up to you if you say it has nothing to do directly. But the fact is that people will look at the movement of bitcoin first before deciding to buy other coins. Like it or not, bitcoin has become a reference for other coins

Bitcoin has some impression on altcoin but we cannot say every altcoin raise with the bitcoin price.
Price of each token is raise with demand and its happen that some coin demand greater than bitcoin which result price raised if this token ,no matter if bitcoin price down.
