Bitcoin seem to maintain a steady range of price for about two months now and this is a good sign of withstanding all the attacks from the governments. Once these attacks subsides, the market will take the bull run from there.

We cannot say yet. As the bull run last year has no definitive charts or pattern it just rise at peak to peak not slowly and steady movement. That is very scary actually on traders who scalp. But i would like to see a much more steady bull run approach. We can noticed the significant advance near December month since it move hard during that time.

I think the bull market will occur at the end of the year. If you look at the previous cycle, I have confidence that a bull market will happen soon. If not at the end of this year, my feeling says that a bull market will occur early next year.

I would like this forecast to come true, however, unfortunately, the fact that Bitcoin has been practically without movement for several months does not mean that by the end of the year it will grow well in price.
