I see I warned Bitcasino last month about this, it does look like they are behaving better now. Thanks for locking thread in Bitcoin forum though.
As long as posts stay in Gambling & Casinos section, I stay out of it to be honest. Also Bitcasino bounties aren't so bad, only they are not here yet...
I also see admin took action and Bitcasino changes to Bit(casino)  Ideally someone like Zed0x would just moderate this section appropriately.

1. I don't see it as a spam. It's an update of their promotion and it's posted in their own ANN.
2. I think it's posted on the correct board. Other than mentioning it's from the Bitcasino blog (which has no link inserted by the way), I see the content similar to another crypto news wesbites/blogs. The OP didn't even mention gambling or invited anyone to their platform.
3. The content is the same as no. 2 but this one should have been posted on the Bitcoin board not in their own thread.
4. The same view with no. 1
5. The same view with no. 2

The OP is clearly a representative of that gambling platform but he should be allowed to engage with the community as a regular member. From the links reported, I think he's mindful of the board he is posting and the content he is sharing.
