What does bounty spamming mean? Reporting too often? I don't understand, sorry

That wasn't exactly my best day but now I know what the Malam90 was thinking back then. Only the links are still wrong and that's why I couldn't accept that someone should be punished for not doing anything.
But in retrospect, I looked at it again and found out hidden advertisements for his YouTube channel. Maybe I understand it differently than the others and the admin would say "nothing bad" but advertising is advertising, even if it is so hidden.

Posts shouldn't be appearing when 3 strikes, have reconfigured tags so 3 strikes is dominant profile now, think plagia group took priority somehow.
Have taken out of misbehaving (posts moderated) as ideally want posts hidden (administrated --- ignored).
