I also asked about behavior of this user on https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=323598.0. It's worth to mention that this user also plagiarize / paraphrase other user reply and adding some generic statement.

Oh, I didn't notice that you already opened a discussion about him. I will wait for the admin to react to this and then I will lock the topic.
It's still quite unclear to me, that's why anyone thinks it's smart to transfer even generated posts or even worse rephrase something that someone has already written.

Wait no longer because the user Manna has been given a plagiarism strike by the admins.

It's weird how someone would think of rephrasing other people's wordings, thinking that they won't be caught someday. At least this is a big lesson for him or her, to limit what he or she is doing that is not right.

I don't think that Court is the correct place for such threads about spammers

from start members applied here for help with penalties they received and that was the main purpose of this section

please move them or we will have to add another Child board - let's call it "report biggest forum spammers and rule breakers here"

you are doing great job hunting them but this is already second thread in court and as mentioned this should be only used when somebody applies for help with received already punishment and I removed many similar threads from here, even warned members that if they post again i will start to give negative karma

so i have to highlight this now too

I think that we are more concerned with form than substance.
The reason why I am opening a separate topic for one user is to make the discussion more direct and the user who is the subject of the investigation will easily recognize where he can present his position if he has one.
I think it is much more transparent and easier to navigate than one general thread for all cases.

In my opinion, there are too many very similar subboards and at some point, I felt that I was spending too much time researching suitable for discussing certain things. The forum should be clear and simple. But that's another topic

I think we need to help manage subboards correctly, if not neded maybe remove or merge, change the name

Per above from Judge, two topics from Forum Court have been moved here. This is the dedicated thread for reporting spammers and these reports have no place in the court and do not require the attention of Judges, only mods. Additionally per the rules of the court, although possibly outdated, it's lucky not to have lost 100-1,000 points, per cost of opening a case there.

A similar thing on Sept. 6, so he filled the signature quota in two hours. It's not just a matter of a large number of posts in a short time, but they are mostly meaningless posts, to say the least.
I will also mention the manager AB de Royse777 , I assume he will pay attention and give a reaction from his side

They get notification via pm from forum. The reason for <10% warning is because a bounty manager is already monitoring them so no need to add to watch list.

It is interesting that spammers, once the discussion about them is opened and certain sanctions are applied, they rarely come to express their position on everything, but prefer to blame others.

This thread isn't referenced in the warning notification as isn't relevant, so is unlikely they respond unless they are looking for the report.

Maybe doesn't care. Have added another +20% so posts are now temporarily moderated. Someone else can add another 10-20% so is moderated for longer if needed.
