This is just absurd accusations. He should just try to file a case if he strongly believes that Vitalik is a scammer

There is no proof of this claims and from the link, you provided it seems that  Vitalik counter replied to this claims and even published his main ETH wallet which is a great move from him because he is not even obligated to do this. I think he would just remain silent if there is any truth with this claim.

FUD can easily dump a crypto but can not decrease its value. There are still many people out there put their belief in Ethereum.Expect next year they'll have a huge update which helps improve their scalability.

Vitalik Buterin never said anything about sending ETH to receive multiple. It's a scam that happens again and again by those who try to fake Vitalik. Newbies are the main victims of this fraud.

the possibility of this news being made only to make ethereum worse, it is better for beginners who still hold ethereum to think wisely before swallowing such news. i am sure there are some parties who deliberately falsify their names.

We must believe that crypto is indeed a new business in the digital era, even though Vitalik does that is normal. The Ethereum platform on smart contracts does not bring many honest people to their projects, nor is a smart contract a guarantee for investors' money. I think that researcher doesn't understand how they do business.
