Actually, there are many important parameters to be considered before buying a cryptocurrency. The first one, you should study about the potential and sustainability of the crypto coins. Buy a valuable and useful tokens / coins for your investment. Never buy tokens / coins with unclear future, moreover if the tokens / coins don't give a big impact for a project. The second one, learn the quality of the project. A quality project may guarantee a good future of a coin. You must get coins or tokens with promising future.

You need to look firstly that crpyto currencies future succes targets. You know in coinmarketcap we have 2k coin and we need to choose best one for investing. So you need to monitoring their community firstly and you need to understand about project carefully.After the project roadmap is the second important thing because you can see in roadmap what is the target of that coin.
The other thing is if that coin is in binance that can be pumped more easy than others.

1. Their idea behind it. Are they idea is a brilliant idea or only copy paste their other coin idea.
2. Their product or their use case in the future
3. Their team background, are they skillful or not?
4. Their advisor background
5. Their score from some of ICO rating website

actually a lot of parameters but as far as I know we have to know the amount of supply, namely the total coin provided by the cryptocurrency system number of requests, namely the market's absorption of existing coins

For me it should be in top ten, cheap to transact, and already be integrated in the services I like to use, gaming, etc.  I don't consider ether tokens as stable currencies, so I would only hold those to support the project I believe, not to store value.

6. I will check their max supply of that coin too. and if they have the coin burned feature in the future or not. If the supply is too high of course it will lack of attraction.
7. Their community from telegram or discord are they natural growth or only filled by the bot who only say hi, good project, and other things
8. Their activity in the social media. and their marketing plan.

These 3 parameters are very important. I also look at:
- team and project development
- community size
- liquidity on exchanges and where they are listed
- price fluctuations ( I don't like big fluctuations) compared to other coins.

Before buying crypto , I will check their volume in cmc. com, how big the support from community , the purpose of the project, the team behind it, when did the last time they update their github. Lastly, the VC.
