I think their is no need of government to regulate it because the bitcoin technology is already very wide and day by day people connected to it.

Surely bitcoin dont need any permission from goverment. But if all goverments will ban bitcoin surely that decision will reflect on prices. At present the Government still cannot accept Bitcoin legally and is free to use. Because according to them Bitcoin will affect economic activity and also state finances and many banks in the country will go bankrupt because of Bitcoin.
