How do you track what happens in altcoins daily?

It is very important to talk about this, because there are many people who have no right way with their exchange, which eventually ends up in basic problems and losses. So, how do you perform this certificate daily in the altcoins industry?

I read cointelegraph, coigeko report and spend at least 1 hour a day on this forum and on bitcointalk forum. I joined also some telegram group that post daily news about crypto

Actually my biggest source of daily news is telegram. I joined too many groups which full of experienced investors. And we are sharing everynews in telegram channels.
Before these channels i read cointelegraph etc but now i am only reading telegram channels.

I am subscribed to one group in telegram, in which new news about crypto is constantly published. They often write about altcoins. And I read all the information from there.

I look the coinmarketcap in order to update myself what is going on in all alts that listed and of course I always checkout the top altcoins.

I keep track of the main news from 10 or more telegram channels, I get some of the information from the bitcointalk site, everything else from the sites, so it’s going to take 2-3 hours to be in the know ...

I read my Telegram channel that I joined which has some reviews and update for some altcoins and also I check the value of my holdings at coinmarketcap.

I do not. There is a higher chance that anyone who tracks his/her coin daily will die younger 
Kidding on that die younger, but seriously, it is too stressful to keep monitoring them every day.
Maybe set something like a stop loss and a target sell price?

I sometimes open up about Altcoins on Google, I'm looking for news about crypto there, but I'm more often for telegram groups, where I can communicate directly with experts in the crypto industry.
