[SCAM] UBIATAR and Buyback system - Investors scammed

About Ubiatar scam ICO is full internet, as well as this forum.
I was an investor of this project and until the listing day (yesterday on Idex) I kept the silence because relaxed by promised buyback system.
Indeed, as you can see in the following screenshots, the team stated that it is going to create a list of available sellers from which Ubiatar platform is going to buy back, at ICO price, tokens useful for the platform functions.
No words are in the whitepaper (still in draft) and no answer was received from yesterday, until this morning, when I decided to post screenshots in the official Telegram group, causing my ban.
I wanted to subscribe to the buyback list because the price dropped from 2$ (ICO price) to 0.05$ and is still falling...

I'm very angry and available to start a lawsuit.
I don't know how it works in Switzerland because I think the best way is a class action.

Can anyone give me information?

They closed successfully the ICO collecting about 22 milions of dollars.
Probably they didn't sold ETH at the right time and now change the strategy scamming contributors.

I think one of the biggest problems that makes their price dump so much is they gave really high airdrop value which worth 200$ for each participant

Probably this is the case, but I think the core issue is that no one wants to buy this coin, indeed the order book is empty of buy requests and full of sell requests.
In my opinion, the team has undervalued the big resonance that have had alert scam posts on crypto forums, and this is the result.
Furthermore they continue banning investors because they ask about buyback system...

I followed their ICO. I wrote also an article for them.
I was payed less than 50% of what in the final spreadsheet.
