STEEM, good or not for investor choices?

in January 2018 steem reached its highest price of around 7.28 USD percoin, it is still a question indeed, whether steem coins are good or not.

if you look at the picture above, and clearly the steem chart, if I see it steem will rise again from 0.8 USD (current price) to a maximum of 5 USD, why is it 5 USD?
because many crypto experts see, if the market returns bull market, it won't be as big as the end of 2017. what do you think?
