Does anyone write reviews of new coins here? Or maybe you use some source sites? Which cause more confidence, and which - a waste of money.

This is understandable. Because we are both members of this community. But professional  or good amateur are always looking for any additional information, rather than reinforcing their knowledge from one source.

There are many reviews of new coins in altcoinstalks. Just read on this section: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=225.0. You can find out enough information there. But of course not all new coins are reviewed, we can see other information from discussion.

Not all coins are like that, because I see there are still many new coins that really have unique concepts and good performance. So it can't be beaten flat that new coins are bad coins.

You are right.
Most of the new coins have a potential, but it's not long lasting.
The main reason is the impact of other coins value.
