The factors lead to the bull run?

We have experienced the bear market almost a year. And people said that they don't see strong signs for the beginning of bull run till now. I agree with them, but I still don't really understand about what the factors that can lead to the bull run. Actually, I am curious about it and want to know more. Do you have opinion about it, mate? If you know it, please share it to me. I want to know the factors.

A good news from ETF can be one of the factors. I am sure if SEC can approve the proposal from ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds), cryptocurrency will rise the prices. Not only me, everyone should be waiting for the good news of ETF proposal.

Yes, lot of peoples got profit from the last year bull run, maybe some of them become millionaires but we have to remember that a lot more peoples got loss too.  People learn from mistakes, their own or other's mistakes.  So people will be more careful to invest their money into cryptocurrencies.  Now, I want to ask every body here, will you buy a bitcoin for 15k USD if bitcoin reach that price at the end of this year?

Yeah, Some news will really going to be a factor to start the bull run but some people are saying now that there's really a high chance that we will not see any bull run this year.

We are now at a stage where government regulations and acceptance play a vital role in the future of cryptocurrencies. The hype over bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies last year is gone.

I think that market won't grow in this year. It can happen after one or two years. And if we talk about factors I guess the main reason is entry into the market of institutional investors.

In my opinion only the person who are in controls of bitcoin is the very factor to experience bull run either bearish market. People behind are the great contributors of the project they can be the reason why crypto is like this now. Who controls the rebound controls the game.
