I think we are still far from ATH, based on technical graphs I don't see a smooth break out at it current level. The Tether position isn't safe at all. Better to acquire more altcoins such as eth or eos before ATH arerive.

Well, there is no one who can an exact time when we will have bullrun except the manipulators. We people can only assume it. My assumption says we will not see a huge bullrun this year. There might be a little bounce at the end of the year which may push BTC to hit $10k higher or lower. I don't think we will see an ETH this year.
