2020, can altcoin replace bitcoin

but can eth beat bitcoin? or is there a very good project that can defeat eth and replace bitcoin.

There will be no one who can replace bitcoin now until 2020. Altcoin will only be a companion of bitcoin. I can't imagine why Altcoin will replace the position of bitcoin. The hope is that by 2020 all cryptocurrency prices will rise again.

I am still confident that the price of Bitcoin will still be higher. Because then it may be Neo, Waves or Eos will more disturb the rate Ethereum. But I think Bitcoin will still run alone. But of course each has a price range higher than the present.

I look forward to such a day that bitcoin would be overthrowned by another because i think such a day may never come. ETH is performing very well but the BTC is very strong even at its fall. For another project,i cant say much but may compete the ETH but not the BTC.

To be sincere I have not seen any altcoin that will replace bitcoin anytime soon, 2020 only have a distance of two years from now, which I see no possibility for that to happen.

Replace Bitcoin on the high Ranking table maybe possible. But what we have to ask ourselves is that. How long will it take for that to happen?. It's was to long. Without the birth of Bitcoin other altcoins would have never exist

You should not be so categorical. Even in 2020 it can still change. If Bitcoin does not improve, and especially if it grows badly in value, many will leave it massively. Nobody knows when Altcoin will replace Bitcoin but that won't happen anytime soon. Bitcoin will not be replaced, we all know how Bitcoin starts it all from the start if you think Altcoin will overtake Bitcoin it is very unlikely because the first blockchain was made because of Bitcoin.
