ETH holders will profit at the end of the year. Is it true?

Nothing happened at the year because still ethereum is struggling $100 range this is not a good signal for investors before few days ethereum reached $150 but now it's decliced again at the moment ethereum price is $119.58 so I'm keep waiting for a bull run.

I agree, but still the year is not yet ended, so I'm hoping that ethereum will keep on climbing up until it reached $200 mark given that there will be incoming hard fork on January 2019.
