Why is bitcoin not used in medical billing?

My Firend working in the health sector. He is looking forward to one day co-bitcoin be used to pay for medical examination and treatment and health care services. It takes time to get to that era. But actually it does not matter when your workplace agency can receive payment with bitcoin.
for now the decision is still private so it is not possible there will be intervention from other parties.
Unlike when the government has made a decision by making the regulation, it will be very different from what will happen later.

But why Firendaku want to using Bitcoin as medical billing? That need really good and strong reason to make the government believe to using Bitcoin as medical billing, as long there is no problem when using money or using ATM will be impossible to make Bitcoin as medical billing, because the government will thinking twice to using Bitcoin, because many reasons which I think you know what the reasons,
Using Bitcoin as medical billing or another related field have very many thing the government should know, and the government should know how to fix the bad impact of using Bitcoin.
I believe the government isn't hate Bitcoin, but the government feel can't handled the bad impact of Bitcoin when they use it, and the government don't want if their society's use Bitcoin to make an illegal activity and drugs transaction. Because Bitcoin is decentralized and that can't be tracked by anyone.

I think because not all people understand and use Bitcoin, there must be education to the wider community, so that the lower and middle class people understand the benefits of Bitcoin because in the third countries there is still little information about it.

My hospital still send appointment confirmation by post (5-10 A4 pages). For changing appointments you have to call as there is no online system yet.

Some companies/industries work like they still are living in the middle ages. Especially if they have governments approval to run monopolies without any competition the need for innovation is like zero.
