Pls what are the best way to detect fake ico and fake project... We can't continue working to promote them and later discovered that it is bounch of fake... We really need tools to detect fake ico.

If you want to lessen the chances of joining a fake ICO and bounty, there is no other choice than to do your own reading. If you are a bit lazy to check, then I suggest that you join campaigns from experienced bounty managers. You can also read the comment section of the bounty thread and see if there are negative opinions about the project. There are more but all these methods does not guarantee that you will never end up joining a fake ICO and bounty.

I hope that someone will make some useful fool to check automatically for example team with linkedin or copy/paste webpages and whitepapers from other ICO... this would be very helpful!

I always take a look at Scam Accusaton Board in this forum it's very helpful!

I don't think there is mush we can do to stop scammer cause I see them in human and to eradicate human will only stop scammer in the world has everything has it's opposite , some are trying hard to make blockchain great and some are still out there spoiling the image of what others trying to make great.

As one of the ways, check the team that is in the company, and find their profiles in any social media and write them in private message and wait for an answer, as there are many other ways that I think here have already been described.

There are many ways to detect scam projects, before you invest in any project, you need to do some research, unfortunately many investors don't even do that, all they do is believe in what they team wrote on their white paper, which may be bunch of lies.

Today there are many platforms on which professionals collect and track quality projects, but it is much better to understand everything yourself and start doing your own analysis.

You need to look their team and project. That is really important. If you will join a bounty. You need to do some detailed research about their team and project. I think team the best place you can detect scammy icos.

There will always be a scam project the only way we can notice if its fake is to do our own research before investing,Check the whitepaper to know more info. some project that I encountered copied it's whitepaper from another project,they also have fake team member posting different photo but still the same name.The only person who can prevent you from falling for this scam project is yourself so be cautious when investing.

in my opinion is what must be done is to see their team and project. And that is very important. If you will join the gift. then you need to do detailed research about their team and project. I think the team is the best place you can detect it

So far there are no tools to detect fake ICO. And like the ICObench it is just a fake ICO deterrent not a detector. So if there is ICO entering ICObench only 55% can be trusted.

Fake ico and bounty is really become trending right now because they are now multiplying. There are so many fake ico on the crypto feild today, that is why we need to select carefully we need to search everthing on or about ico. So that we can really avoid scam or being victimized by scam ico or bounty.
