Why do people come up with scam project?

I don't think that there is a rocket science behind it. These people want to make money using the shortcuts in life. They want to exploit the people who don't have much information in life. I hope that nobody is a victim of there actions but they will continue to scam people.

Actually some people enjoy by seeing that foolish people investing or joining into their project or they try to take information from others by scam projects. But at the end of the day it is very bad.

That's very true bro.. Some people just derive pleasure in exploiting others of there hard earned money with out remorse which is a very bad thing to do to people as a human..

It is simple, they are criminals and with stone heart and believe they can't make it in life expect by stealing from others.

i think because they are more focused to gain a money for themselves, and they didn't think what other feels about this kind of events.

In my own opinion, people who comes up with scam projects are just greedy set of people who are opportunist in nature because they feel they have the knowledge in devicing people to buy out of  there scam  project have been a victim and it's a very painful thing to be scammed.

Now it is very difficult to distinguish a fraudulent project from the present. Therefore, many are wrong in their choice. In addition, fraudulent ICO projects promise rewarding, as a rule, more. They're not going to pay anyway. As for bounty hunters, sometimes they join the ICO signature campaign, not always learning the project well. The expectation that some will be fraudulent, and some still, will give a profit.

It's good old greed and not viewing their victims as people.
