Why is fear dominating the market?

Never give in to the FUD generated by the governments, banks and media. This is what they stand to achieve - to generate fear in both existing investors and potential investors in order to reduce the demand of crypto. The market always recovers, never fall a victim to FUD and sell your coins for cheap prices. Stay calm and wait for the bull market.

I agree with this is too much very fear dominating in the market especially in trading transactions because of some many badly people interested there own plan and it is so fear to us if this money whereabouts to be exchanged.

Crypto market is a bucnh of people who can be placed as small investors, regular investors and whales.
As you may have guessed, whales are really small numbered, and they are not even being seen by others.
On the other hand, small and regular investors are extremely out numbered and they are always following the whales either by will or not. But the story here is, other investors had to follow whales if they don't want to lose money.

Small numbered whales are controlling the money which got to the market by small investors. So, if whales want something to be done, they are moving their money from somewhere to another. Small and regular investors are starting to panic, since the coins they are holding is started to drain. When regular investors decided to move on to the other coins which is probably being pumped by whales, small investors are blowing up the coin with themselves.

Now, whales had to move since they are seeing some interesting opportunities. Besides, whales have different sizes in their league also.

This is the reason why there is always panic in the room.

Investors are not frighten but agitated due to large loss in investing a huge amount of money to compromised projects. This always keep them off for now

Actually, you really say, all the fear that is caused is the actions of the government and the Bank and those who do not like the existence of crypto. We should be smart to see the situation especially the Crypto market situation, so we should not be afraid of the existence of a low market, because optimistically, we can be sure the Crypto Market will return faster than we expected.

I believe the market will recover because trade has sellers and buyers who continue to grow every day, the FUD only gives a small surprise effect and that does not mean anything to the development of crypto

I agree with you,
never believe news that is unclear, bad issues, or issues that bring down the market.
Even when the issue occurs, the market price drops, we cannot panic, because later the price will rise again.
like now, don't be afraid or worried that the market will not bull, we just wait, the market will be bull if the time comes.

Because fear arises because of the news or maybe because of being scared by certain parties. like the government. They could make the news not true about Crypto, so people are afraid to enter the world of Crypto. Basically, we must be smart to manage information so we don't cheat.

the crypto market cannot be controlled by the government and the world bank because we are decentralized, that is the fear they feel and they are trying to make a FUD about crypto. stay patient and calm, because crypto will provide good benefits for us

Because regulations from governments  , banks and other financial structures are thighing the market  . Chain reaction affects the values of the coins .  People afraid of the losing their commissions and their profits which they make without no effort .

Bitcoin is 1/3 of its ath, other coins are even worse, people wasn't expecting this much down. But even in the last bullrun, there were fake news and people were buying/selling according to these news.

I think society needs to learn how to check-verify news.
