What should we do with the fake coins in our wallets?

Please I have been thinking on what to do with some coins that you and received from some projects that is not valuable on our wallets. Please let's talk.

You can check them and if they have some value then you can sell them and buy some other good altcoin but if they are not listed anywhere, then you can only option to hold them in your wallet as you have no option other then that.

don't waste your time and gas to those shitcoins just ignore those coins and be patient enough I know there's a lot more to come

nothing to do. just leave it in your wallet. or wait until the coin is registered on several exchanges. maybe in the future, the project will be registered in exchange.

no need to be confused if you get a not valuable token you just hide it from the wallet display so you stay focused on the token which has the potential to sell

How would you know that the coin is worthless? The fact that it created and distributed that's mean it will have value in the future. Failed project would not distribute token, I think (am not sure at all) newly created token has a fee on the block chain ecosystem before it created. Further, the gas pay that the project would fee for transferring the token has its value. So, they have invested money for it. If I were you just hold the token in your wallet and wait for exchange.

Well, if you're not happy with them you can try to sell to collectors maybe they will be worth 1 dollar or 2, or you might be able to save it for longterm. who knows what will happen in the future? it's crypto my friends.

I also have a lot of fake coins in my wallet, because when I started working in cryptocurrency, I didn’t quite understand what a good project was and what a bad one. I think you have only 2 options:
- try to look at Etherdelta if someone is trading them (but it's very rare case)
- hold them on your wallet hoping thay someday some exchange will list them... otherwise they are useless.

Maybe you often join Airdrop, you can't do anything with fake coins in your wallet unless you send them to the contract address of the token you have, but all that requires eth fees for gas.

I will keep the coins, even though there is no value, because in my opinion there is no harm in us saving, only fulfilling our oin list, but I keep it as a memory of the bounty project ..

I guess you could just dump it onto a decentralized exchange like Ether Delta. And maybe you could get some profit from some, or maybe you can just leave them there and out of your ETH wallet.

Send it to a burn address or send it to the contract address of that coin or token, I think that will do the trick in getting rid of your fake coins from your wallet. but if you do not want to spend anything like gas, simply hide them.

If they a re in the wallet, then, they should be in any exchange where they can be traded at. If you have no trust on any of them, sale them away, or still leave it there on your wallet and stay focused with the ones with potentials.

Seems you don't understand the meaning of fakecoin in the wallet , cause I can't see where to trade any coin that are not listed in any exchange , if a token is listed in exchange then it is not a fake token as far as it is tradable but once it is not listed in any exchange the we call it fake and scam token and can't be trade any where or would you buy it when you can't trade it any where , so we just have to let them be in the wallet for life
