When will Ethereum overtake Bitcoin?

Ethereum will defeat Bitcoin if Bitcoin gets weaker every day. But now Bitcoin still tends to be too strong and still survive. I think it will be difficult for Ethereum to be able to approach Bitcoin again because the price difference is already far away. I saw it indeed someday Ethereum will be able to defeat Bitcoin, but I don't know for sure when. What is clear is that the next 3-4 years will be possible.

Ethereum can outrun Bitcoin only when Bitcoin itself drops in its high level of capitalization and stops dominating over other types of cryptocurrency. This can happen for various reasons, including due to the fact that Bitcoin is noncompetitive compared to other cryptocurrencies.

This may not be possible, maybe in the dream world, but in the real world, I don't think this will ever happen, or may be it will happen but that should be after some decades.

I don't think that will happen, even though ethereum can overtake bitcoin, it takes a very long time to reach it.

if in my opinion it's very difficult, bro. for etherium took over the position of bitcoin. my reason.
1. the price of etherium follows the movement of the bitcoin chart.
2. If we look at the crypto market, the number of bitcoin markets is higher when compared to Etherium

I think its too hard to overtake the bitcoin , because its the number one leading cryptocurrency also the price is to high and its too hard to follow up, and if eth will overtake it, it takes time or a lot of time ?

Bitcoin has mark its spot at number one in cryptocurrency,  It would take years before Ethereum might reach near the value of bitcoin but it can never surpass it.

eth is altcoins that have good prospects. eth is also good for short-term investments and it will be profitable. we cannot predict how the crypto prices but I think the development of eth will getting better and make the price higher.

 don't think it will happen in the near future because I think it is very unlikely for ethereum to overtake bitcoin given that bitcoin is very strong among all crypto available on the market, because bitcoin holds the top 1 rank and also with the highest market capitalization.

I don't have enough information about that, but in the crypto world no one is impossible, ethereum has a smart contract that can be used by companies that want to start their ideas and businesses, ethereum might be able to overtake bitcoin but not for this year.

ETH blockchain has recently had some issues with transactions delays. I had to wait few ours for coins transfer, which never happened before (usually 30-50s). One of the improvements they want to implement is plasma protocol. This system allows for potentially billions of transactions to happen off chain. When it happens we probably should see increase of ETH value. But, will it be enough to catch up BTC? We'll see in next few months

I am a very practical person who believes nothing is impossible in Cryptocurrency world.
Under normal circumstances, etheruem can never overtake Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the wheel in through which etheruem came to be.
Again, Bitcoin is more popular than etheruem when you talk about acceptability.
I do not want ignore the fact that nothing is impossible in crypto.
So I think etheruem overtaking Bitcoin could be a possibility but definitely not any time soon.

According to my analysis bitcoin is difficult to defeat due to strong enough built foundation. It is rooted and won't be move unless kill the cryptocurrencies.

Etheruem can never overtake Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the wheel where etheruem occurs.
