You can think of it that the market is gradually going there but still its to early to say we approaching bull run. Before the marketcap reaches almost 800b usd and we are on the 1/4 of it now. Still huge difference.

It is a sign but it is not really a strong one the amount increased is not enough to indicate a strong bull run. We are very close to the end of 2018 and remember almost 99% of people are loading up and waiting for the so-called moment that everyone says it gonna happen before the end of the year.
