What happen to many bounty campaigns nowadays? They are setting the "new norms" in paying bounty payments! "100th days after the ICO" or "even quarterly basis " their reason is to avoid dumping and stabilize the coin/token price, and after 100th days pass, another alibis and reasoning again others was blaming to "NETWORK CONGESTION" on erc20 tokens. Is this acceptable to everyone? I need your strong but definitive opinion.

indeed it is appropriate for the teams from a project to enforce the regulation for bounty. I think the regulation was made because it was indeed massive dumping by bounty hunters and that made the investors' last loss possible because they wanted to stabilize prices on the market that we knew at that time a project if entering the market does not necessarily touch the ICO price

I think many projects are becoming too fraudulent these days, you just have to choose wisely on the bounty you participate in.

I think that delaying payments even for a hundred days is not the worst decision of the ICO teams right now. In this case, payments may be paid. However, now they have begun to apply a more sophisticated method of fraud - to announce the KYC audit under the ICO termination or even after its completion and for various reasons to declare that you have not passed such a KYC verification. Here you will not see payments at all, although you will work as before.

Was the date of distribution clearly stated in the bounty rules at the beginning of the campaign? If it was, then hunters who joined knowing the date cannot really complain since it is the team's exclusive right to make the rules. In cases of delays in distribution, I would accept reasons like market conditions but NOT reasons like "to avoid dumping and stabilize the coin/token price". Even though I understand the logic but it is still not justifiable for the team to withhold bounty tokens just because they are afraid what hunter will do with it.

each team dev and BM have their own strategy for distribution of tokens and also listing to the market, insofar as it is effective, I will accept it, but if it is only an excuse not to pay, I will do more to ask for the promised reward

I think every coins/tokens have their trick to minimize dump market, that is like distribute their coins/tokens when the market better or even distribute their coins/tokens but they not have an exchange, so the coins/tokens holder will hold their tokens. And about the bounty campaign but not pay the coins/tokens for the bounty hunters for so long time, I think they have same think but I think this is really bad idea, because the project look like scam project, because the peoples will say if that project not pay.

Come to think of it, delaying distribution can still be a good thing. I will have no problem if they kept my bounty reward for a few months when at the time it will be given to me, the value will be higher than the ICO price. That is better than getting the tokens immediately after ICO and the price drops way below ICO price

This is true, many companies do this so that tokens do not depreciate in such a dead market, and many companies simply do not want to pay tokens and turn into scam.

Its not new, many bounty campaign now like that, we  need to wait for a couple of months before we receive our payments, just be patient and wait because if you are joining a good bounty program and you followed the rules you can receive your payment.

.usually there is explained that how long the bounty payment will be made after the campaign is finished and what if it does not comply with the rules even longer, usually the project fails or scams

Before joining any bounty program, it is advisable that you read the rules. Many bounties states the date if distribution in their rules. If you join in such a case, then you don't have any reason to complain. What I don't like is introducing kyc after the bounty. That is fraudulent.

I have no problem if they delayed the payment for good reason like to avoid massive dumping of tokens, but one of the problem of the ICO project team side is that they will implement KYC later on and sometimes your are busy doing other things and you forget to submit your KYC.

We  know  its  stayed  long  before  payment ,  but  I believe  that  there  were  information  pertaining  this,  that   is  why   you  need  to  read  the  rules  that  is behind it.  Pls  be  patients.

if the dev and the team are correct and not deceptive, the regulation is not a problem, but I have participated in a bounty, almost a year the prize has not been given.
