I think it is a prediction if we count the bullrun time mathematically. I also read many experts predicted the bullrun in 2020 or 2021. Those are possible, and if we look at the current market condition, the bullrun won't come in the near future. So, it is very possible to happen in 2020 or 2021.

I'm waiting this for years now. I love to see this happening before I made my exit to the space. From the time I was here the market is nasty to me. My investment was drastically drop so hard. I need to stay until I recover my funds.

According to Josh Rager (he is a cryptocurrency analyst on Twitter, if someone doesn't know), BTC takes more time to set new highs of all times with each price cycle, which may mean that if Bitcoin follows its historical trends, it may not break above $ 20,000 until March 2021 or later.
