Is whitepaper really helpful in choosing a new bounty?

I think that is part of being a responsible bounty hunter. It is way better to promote something that you are knowledgeable about and something that you believe in. You don't have to read the entire whitepaper if that's not your thing but at least have a good understanding of what you are going to promote.

Reading the whitepaper and seeing every sentence in the whitepaper is very necessary, you can do research by looking at the softcap and the purpose of the project if they fail to achieve it.

I think yes. I will not be able to present a good project without a White Paper. Roadmap and white paper with a MVP. Now, without stopping, there are many fraudulent projects. Now is not the best time for ICO projects. Now find a decent project has become very difficult.

In my opinion yes. Reading whitepaper is very important because with that way you can understand the project detailly and you can ask yourself - That company needs blockchain ? or That company needs own token ? or How can that company earn some money with that project in 2 years ? etc. I always read whitepapers before doing my investments.
