I have seen many ICOs promising that they will have working products but I haven't seen one. This makes me confused now had a bad experience with earlier projects and the most annoying is before the unlock period of bonus the price gets dumped.

I do follow similar guidelines but seeing the current scenario it doesn't encourage me much.

There is no safe investment, all there are risks. So just how do we react. If we invest through ICO, the risk is greater and tend to be unsafe. Because after the ICO ends and the listing in the market, the price will be dumped first. So it's better to buy after the ICO is finished and wait for prices to fall below the price of the new ICO bought.

Someone already said that there is no safe investment and I agree with that. You can only minimize or lessen the risk. In this try, try to look for investments that already has a live MVP, not those who promises a live MVP.

It is the responsibility of the team to protect its early investors. Next time you invest in a project with a lock up program from private or public pre-sale, check if they also have some kind of a buy program.

We can't say that our investment for now is safe considering that the market value of our hold crypto are still dropping  and most of ICO project did not meet the expectation and may be the scamming incident that makes people afraid contributes the bearish market.

I am one person that do not believe in making an investment during a project's ICO. Experience has shown me that, many a times prices drop from ICO price. So what is the use?
