Holding is the best strategy for good return

I don't state it is the best choice but we have no other choice than holding. Actually, I think it is very bad to hold all coins/tokens. Even though we apply holding strategy, we must trade some of coins/tokens to have regular income or to exchange to more potential coins/tokens.

Of course,  I agree holding is the best strategy for good return.  I have done it.  Hold is the best way to reduce the loss when the market is going down.

I will say Yes and No because the cryptocurrency market works in two ways which are bear time and bull time, the bear time will tell you no to holding but to sell cause holding will only reduce your token value but if sold you can always buy back with same value but large sum in addition of the token ,
While the bull time also say yes to hold cos it will double your value with same token , so in other words means there is time for everything , so just follow the market and know when to sell and buy again or when to buy and sell high.

I see many going against holding and some still very much string in holding and the situation at hand dies not really help the holder as many have lost big huge sum in the curse of holding and still holding as it is better to hold than selling in lost so I advice those in lost already to hold their token and wait patiently for the return match of bull.

coin retention is a good strategy in a growing market, but in a falling market you will only lose if you choose a position to hold. Therefore, we must be more flexible and monitor the market situation.

Hold is not the correct strategy imho.
You can always sell in a bera market, pointing to buy to a cheap price, or trade.
But, please bera in mind that the right choice is always consequent to your personal project evaluation!

I think that holding strategy is the best one if you look at long term (more than 5 years). Daytrading can be very profitable but too stressful for me and the probability of doing a bad trade is high in this market conditions...

Keeping cryptocurrency is not always beneficial for obtaining good profits. An example of this is this year, where the retention of our coins and tokens did not bring any profit to anyone. But if we even sold our cryptocurrency in parts, it would bring us good profits and it would be useful for the cryptocurrency itself - there would not be such a sharp increase in the price of cryptocurrency and then such a long period of decline and stagnation.
